Terms & conditions

• Until August 31st, 2024: If you cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund.
• From September 1st, 2024 to October 1st, 2024: Cancellations are permitted, but a 50% administration fee will be deducted from the total costs.
• From October 2nd, 2024: Cancellations are accepted, but no funds will be provided.
• Your registration is transferable to another person until October 14th, 2024.
• Failure to attend the conference without prior cancellation will result in being charged the full registration fee.
