Total cost of ownership (TCO) for tunnels: a new model
With limited resources, getting a grip on the total costs over the entire lifecycle of a tunnel is crucial. In a TCO, all costs incurred throughout the lifespan of an asset are aggregated. The German DAUB has developed a model for calculating the TCO of a tunnel.
